Santa Barbara, California — The Santa Barbara Hemp Festival kicks off at noon Sunday in De la Guerra Plaza.
Vendors and environmental organizations will be promoting the uses of hemp.
Author Chris Conrad will be the guest speaker. A hemp fashion show also will be held. The festival, which includes live music, runs until 8 p.m.
