Speakers at the conference will include Dr. Jace Callaway of Finland; Dr. Kai Nebel of the Institute for Applied Research in Germany; Dr. Med Byrd from North Carolina University; researchers from the Institute of Natural Fibres in Poland; John Hobson from Hemcore in England, which grew 4,000 acres of industrial hemp for textiles, paper and animal bedding in 1996; and David Watson of the International Hemp Association in the Netherlands.
