  8. Oregon introduces hemp legislation
    Several hundred bills were introduced Monday, the opening day of the 2001 Oregon Legislature, one in particular that is of interest to the hemp community is Senate Bill 89 (SB89). If this bill passes, it would permit production and possession of industrial hemp at the state level.
