That’s what supporters of a measure on the Nov. 5 ballot that would legalize the growth and sale of industrial hemp claim. But opponents of the citizen-initiated proposal say it would be a step toward legalizing marijuana.

    When we buy newly adverted beauty products, how many of us can honestly say that we stop for a moment to read the ingredients listed on the label before handing over our cash?
