- 2-4 tablespoons Nutiva Organic Shelled Hempseed
- 2-4 tablespoons Nutiva Organic Amazon Acai Hemp Shake
- 8 ounces Living Harvest Vanilla Hemp Milk
- 1-2 tablespoons Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- ½ cup fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., banana)
- Place shelled hemp seed in a blender with 1 fl oz of water, blend into a thick paste.
- Add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth.
