Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of over 113 active cannabinoid compounds created by the hemp plant. Unlike THC — the intoxicating compound associated with marijuana — CBD does not produce euphoria or intoxication. Is CBD Legal?

Passage of 2018 Farm Bill removed both “Hemp” and “Hemp derived CBD” from Controlled Substance Act definitions. States have their own set of regulations.
